Chief Deputy Prosecutor Robert Cline,
said "The defense
proved one thing,
that John Myers was in his home,
a home that was within tenths of a mile
from where Jill’s
bicycle was found, when she disappeared."
By denying the
admissibility of Gary Dunn's report, Judge
Burnham completely undermined
John's defense
before the trial even started. In effect, Judge Burnham
prejudged John's guilt.
This report, by FBI special agent Dunn clearly shows
that
Jill was south of town. Mr. Cline, Prosecuting Attorney
clearly shows
that John was north.
This report also clearly shows that Jill's own parents
believed that Jill was south of town, and would not have went North.
